📋 Description
- Own center of daily money movement across Bastion's payments and stablecoin infra.
- Monitor payment flows across rails, resolve issues, validate pricing and reconciliation.
- Support partner integrations; drive incident resolution and SLA adherence.
- Apply AI/automation to reduce manual effort and scale processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; expand ownership as function grows.
- NYC/east coast hours preferred; open to remote candidates in the US.

- Experience in payments operations, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Ability to implement automation and AI-enabled workflows.
- Strong analytical and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Comfort with startup pace and evolving responsibilities.
- Based in the United States or willing to work East Coast hours.
- Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
