📋 Description

• Lead housing, hotel ops, transportation, site amenities, and guest services
• Develop customer service strategies and training programs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in hospitality or operations
• Experience leading a team in hospitality/operations
• Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication
