IT and Security Administrator

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day IT operations across endpoints, identity and access, business apps, networking, and
• Onboard/offboard employees: laptop setup, access provisioning, deployment.
• Support macOS and Windows environments; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Manage corporate endpoints using MDM (Jamf) and security platforms (CrowdStrike).
• Handle software deployment, updates, patching, compliance, and endpoint configuration.
• Support user accounts, SSO, and access to SaaS apps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT support/IT operations in a tech company.
• 4+ years supporting macOS and Windows with MDM (Jamf).
• Strong endpoint/network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• IAM/SSO and SaaS admin experience (Google Workspace or Okta).
• Experience with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence.
• Hands-on with endpoint security tools (CrowdStrike) and security best practices.
