🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in professional software engineering for production systems
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering technically
• Hands-on AI capabilities integration (LLMs, AI agents, RAG, AI-powered workflows)
• Strong web development with TypeScript, React, Next.js
• Proven API design, distributed systems, cloud-native apps
• Relational databases experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
