Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Django)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize mission-critical microservices with Python, Django, DRF
• Design scalable APIs for high-concurrency traffic
• Improve architecture with operations, automation, resilience
• Establish unit tests with Pytest and automated quality checks
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and N+1 queries
• Collaborate with Product/QA and international teams to implement solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend development with Django/DRF
• Advanced Python and backend architecture
• Experience designing microservices and integrating third-party apps
• Strong unit testing with Pytest
• Async programming and optimizing high-load queries
• Excellent English (C1) for international environment
