📋 Description
- Own the agentic coding roadmap and orchestration model.
- Lead agentic code review and security posture work.
- Define AI infrastructure spend guardrails for the team.
- Grow and mentor a team of senior engineers.
- Partner with engineering leadership on AI-native software direction.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Hands-on with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) or equivalent.
- Experience owning a significant vendor or infrastructure contract.
- Comfort making autonomy/risk tradeoff calls in AI systems.
- Track record leading across multiple problem domains.
- Strong communication with executive stakeholders.
