📋 Description

• Lead analytical activities of Customer Success associates.
• Develop insights to advise clients per their needs.
• Plan strategies to meet NielsenIQ objectives with KPIs.
• Review KPIs and monitor mechanisms for success.
• Demonstrate value and ROI through analytics.
• Build and lead market and thought leadership material for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related.
• Experience in Mass Consumption, consulting firms, or retailers.
• Experience with NielsenIQ information and CRM tools.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
