📋 Description

• Manage strategic and operational procurement across services, technical purchasing and marketing
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ and e-tender processes, supplier selection with stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and sustainability in the marketing services ecosystem
• Enrich supplier pool to drive diversity and sustainability; optimize costs within budget
• Collaborate with PoC, OCM, SPD, and finance to streamline processes and finalize terms
• Track spend and support budget optimization efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.
• Preferably 3+ years purchasing experience in production, event and marketing categories
• Strong verbal and written communication with advanced negotiation ability
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with good reporting; proficient in verbal and written English
• Team player adaptable to a dynamic work environment
