• Experience delivering data center or mission-critical construction, with leadership on multiple
• Proven ability to build and lead multi-project teams and manage executive relationships with
• Strong capability to set and enforce delivery standards, manage schedules, and drive milestones
• Ability to identify blockers early and step in on-site to ensure outcomes.
