- Lead change management for enterprise projects to maximize adoption and value realization
- Focus on people side of AI transformation: processes, systems, roles, org structure
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
- Partner with communications and learning teams for training and messaging
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate change activities
- Provide updates on deliverables and governance across projects
🎯 Requirements
- 5-10 years in mid-to-large corporate environment; global experience preferred
- Strong consulting-level communication; comfortable with senior leaders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity; self-starter; multi-tasking
- Cross-cultural communication experience; change management certification preferred
