RN Nurse Manager- Pediatrics

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and field staff in pediatric home care.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and case load management.
• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and families.
• Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure adherence to care plans and nursing standards.
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation
• Participate in performance evaluations and staff development plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license (required).
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Prior clinical supervision or nurse management experience a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties.
