📋 Description

• Support 3PL operations by ensuring warehouse systems, processes, and integrations run effectively
• Act as the key contact for system support, incident management, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
• Partner with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to implement operational, system, and service
• Coordinate logistics and operational activities, including change requests, inbound planning, and
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards, policies

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics technologies.
• Strong understanding of DC processes, inventory management, and operational workflows.
• Hands-on problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot system and operational issues.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective communicator with the ability to train, guide, and influence others.
