📋 Description
- Lead design and evolution of clinical analytics platforms and capabilities.
- Partner with clinical, financial, analytics, consulting, and pharmacy leadership for a 360-degree
- Translate clinical concepts and utilization management principles into repeatable analytical
- Standardize how clinical insights are developed, validated, and communicated across teams.
- Develop training programs to strengthen pharmacists’ clinical analytics capabilities.
- Mentor pharmacists and clinical professionals to ensure consistency of practice.

- Extensive clinical and pharmacy expertise with ability to translate clinical concepts into
- Strong understanding of clinical analytics, utilization management, specialty drugs
- Demonstrated ability to develop or influence analytical frameworks, methodologies, and standards
- Experience educating and mentoring pharmacists and clinical professionals with a focus on analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills aligned to business objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
