📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and run affiliate/partnership marketing strategies
• Build strategic client relationships; share performance and directions
• Deliver measurable results and identify growth opportunities
• Lead partner recruitment and manage high-value partners
• Test and optimize new tactics beyond traditional affiliates
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years direct affiliate marketing; 5+ for senior
• Experience managing affiliate programs for enterprise clients
• Knowledge of networks and SaaS tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation
• Intermediate Excel; PowerPoint is a plus
