📋 Description
- Lead interdisciplinary oncology clinical research projects from study launch through closeout.
- Serve as primary liaison between organization and sponsor to meet contractual commitments
- Lead project teams and coordinate study partners to ensure delivery within timelines and budget.
- Monitor financial performance, identify issues, and implement corrective/risk-mitigation actions.
- Ensure activities comply with GCP, SOPs, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain TMF documentation and study information across databases/systems.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
- Experience in a CRO and oncology or other therapeutic areas preferred.
- Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulations.
- Proven experience managing clinical research projects, including timelines, budgets, deliverables
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
