- Achieve team performance goals for warehouse ops: inventory, receiving, materials movement.
- Oversee personnel, administration of warehouse operations, and inventory mgmt for receiving, WIP
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5-7 years in manufacturing/RMA ops.
- Proficient with SAP, MS Office; experience with MRP systems.
- Lean/Kanban knowledge; strong leadership and comms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive improvements.
- Experience with inventory controls and regulatory compliance (SOX, FDA).
- WMS knowledge a plus; adaptable to new facility ramp-up.
