Senior Agentic Engineer - JavaScript

📋 Description

• Partner with clients to understand objectives, workflows, tech environments, data and constraints.
• Advise on architecture, data layers and data pipelines for automated delivery cycles.
• Drive agentic engineering practices across clients and provide coaching.
• Translate ambiguous business issues into clear technical requirements and plans.
• Design and build AI-enabled apps, agentic workflows, APIs, data pipelines, and full-stack products.
• Engineer harnesses around AI models: prompts, tools, context, permissions, observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Production-grade software experience, AI-powered or agentic systems.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar for AI apps.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; experience mentoring engineers.
• Experience with agent loops: planning, tool selection, execution, observation.
• Familiarity with graph-based orchestration and state machines.
• Experience designing evaluation systems for AI apps and production monitoring.
