Technical Program Manager (Homeland Layered Defense), Public Sector

📋 Description

• Own technical execution for national security mission areas from requirements to deployment and
• Translate workflows into PRDs, ERDs, and executable engineering work
• Collaborate with engineers on scope, architecture constraints, dependencies, milestones
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from customer objective to software build and tests
• Drive Jira/GitLab execution and input to schedules and program planning
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to engineering teams and senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 5+ years in technical program management, software engineering, systems engineering, or related
• Strong literacy across software architecture, APIs, data systems, integration, and AI/ML-enabled
• Ability to write detailed technical/product requirements for engineering teams
• Experience leading complex programs across multiple engineering and stakeholder groups
• Understanding of program management fundamentals: requirements traceability, dependencies, risks
