📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and

🎯 Requirements

• Florida Real Estate License (preferred) or willing to obtain within 6 months
• Affordable housing experience (preferred)
• At least 4 years in sales, customer service, and asset management (property mgmt or similar)
• At least 2 years in a leadership role in property management
• 2-4 years leading a team in a competitive sales/customer service environment
• Proven leader with ability to mentor a diverse team
