📋 Description
- Be the primary contact for HCPs and patients on insurance access issues.
- Provide insurance coverage, prior authorization details, and funding options.
- Educate on plan forms, portals, and submission processes.
- Investigate escalated access issues and coordinate with payers/pharmacies.
- Document information in records and maintain privacy standards.
- Identify potential adverse events for Pharmacovigilance.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
- 2-4 years in healthcare/reimbursement; call center experience preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial/government insurance, prior auth, and funding resources.
- Experience with Medicare Part D/Medicaid and private payers preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
