• Experience with testing: performance, unit, integration, automated
• Proficient with testing tools and ServiceNow instances
• Understanding of QA standards, processes and methodologies
• Hands-on with ATF automation in ServiceNow
• Education: 4-year CS degree; 2+ years ServiceNow testing
