Product Manager (Devices)

📋 Description

• Own and lead the device charter across Soundbox, EDC, and AI-enabled devices.
• Define strategy, roadmap, and work with CXOs to drive merchant experience and efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end device lifecycle: activation, monitoring, health, refurb/replacement, end-of-life.
• Drive AI-powered device innovation (merchant-facing AI, multilingual bot).
• Influence leadership priorities with data-backed recommendations.
• Mentor PMs and build device product culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Product experience with 2+ years owning device/IoT/fintech hardware products.
• Strong leadership and roadmap ownership with CXO exposure.
• Experience in cross-functional programs (engineering, business, operations).
• Strategic thinker with execution excellence and stakeholder influence.
