Responsibilities
- Build, assemble, and modify prototype electrical harnesses in accordance with engineering drawings
- Carry out wiring, crimping, soldering, and connector termination activities to industry standards.
- Inspect and test harness assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and technical requirements.
- Support prototype development, troubleshooting, and fault-finding activities.
- Maintain accurate build records and documentation throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to resolve engineering issues.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience building and assembling prototype electrical harnesses.
- EASA certification or demonstrable experience working to EASA aerospace standards.
- Strong hands-on skills in wiring, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Experience with harness inspection, continuity testing, and fault diagnosis.
- Knowledge of aerospace, aviation, defence, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
