📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 home health care to clients in their homes
• Deliver skilled nursing services per plan of care
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to coordinate care
• Document patient progress and update charts accordingly
• Adhere to BAYADA policies and state regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Current, valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• One year of nursing experience (LPN or RN)
