Senior FinOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead cloud financial management initiatives—cost optimization, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analyze usage patterns and spending data to uncover insights and savings opportunities.
• Own and manage cloud cost management tools and best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to embed FinOps principles into the broader business strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience driving FinOps practices at large cloud-based organizations.
• Deep experience in cloud financial management, with a focus on AWS and DataDog.
• Cloud engineering or DevOps skills; comfortable with Infrastructure as Code tooling, primarily
• Strong analytical skills in financial reporting, forecasting, and cost modeling.
• Solid understanding of AWS services and how they impact cost structures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas simply.
