• Client-facing role welcoming customers and embodying the brand
• Provide high-level service at checkout, fitting rooms, deliveries, replenishment, and merchandising
• Collaborate with team to create welcoming in-store experiences
• Experience in customer service and fabric knowledge is a plus but not required
