📋 Description

• Own and drive the full sales lifecycle for Hivemind opportunities
• Develop territory and capture strategies for priority pursuits
• Qualify and shape new opportunities via customer missions and budgets
• Build relationships with key defense program offices and leaders
• Lead proposal development with cross-functional teams
• Represent Shield AI at industry events to grow pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in BD, sales, or capture in complex domains
• Proven track record closing deals in US government/defense markets
• Deep understanding of defense procurement lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Technical aptitude to engage with engineering/product teams
• Bachelor’s degree required
