Technical Consultant – Enterprise Data Engineer (Geospatial Data & Platforms)

📋 Description

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure database solutions to support mission-critical
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during requirements, analysis, design, build/configuration
• Configure and maintain database environments, including backup, high-availability, and disaster
• Monitor and tune database performance using industry-standard tools and methodologies
• Implement data security measures, access controls, and compliance standards across environments
• Automate routine database loading, maintenance, and monitoring tasks to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in database design, administration, and optimization for Oracle
• Familiarity with database design principles, data loading techniques, backup and recovery
• Scripting skills in SQL and Python for automation and data workflows
• Exposure to geospatial concepts such as spatial data types, coordinate systems, and spatial indexing
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to technical peers and non-technical
• US citizenship with Active or Current (within 2 years of active) Top Secret Security Clearance with
