📋 Description

• Answer how-to questions on tech/app configuration for enterprise customers.
• Assist in troubleshooting 1st/2nd level issues.
• Collaborate with Integration, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Responsible for customer production environments.
• Create knowledge articles for Coupa’s knowledge base.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong technical knowledge: Linux, Unix, other OS familiarity.
• Interest in scripting (Bash, Shell, Python) and web tech (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML).
• Ability to articulate solutions clearly for complex problems.
• Experience supporting external customers in an enterprise software setting.
