🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience creating social video or creator-led work.
• Strong portfolio showing concepting, shooting, directing, and editing short-form content.
• Fluent in organic social trends and how brands show up on social.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent; strong editing and pacing skills.
• Experience self-producing small shoots (casting, props, locations, releases, schedules).
• Ability to direct actors and non-professional talent and manage fast-moving deliverables.
