📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform case management solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs, user flows, and prototypes.
• Participate across full implementation lifecycle: discovery to post-deployment.
• Develop integrations, customizations, and apps using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C#, .NET, SQL.
• Support architecture with specs for code, integrations, data migration, and tech requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to resolve challenges and align delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or U.S.-equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7 years professional experience, 4+ years with enterprise CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Experience evaluating, designing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics 365 business solutions.
• Hands-on development with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
• Strong proficiency in C#, SQL, .NET and related development technologies.
