Sr. ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and ship end-to-end ML problems from data to prod.
• Develop NLP, LLM, and agentic systems at scale.
• Improve ML systems’ performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Explain work clearly to tech and non-tech audiences.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM to ship capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building production ML systems.
• Strong ML, stats, NLP, transformers, embeddings, retrieval.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or Bedrock.
• Strong Python; distributed ML pipelines on cloud (AWS/Databricks).
• Feature engineering, eval, and MLOps know-how.
• Product mindset; customer impact focus.
