Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyse and model business processes, capabilities, value streams, roles, data, and organisational
• Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements, user stories, and stakeholder needs
• Translate business, user, and technical needs into business requirements specifications
• Support business experts, product owners, and development teams throughout the solution lifecycle
• Maintain and track requirements and user stories from inception through implementation
• Map business goals, expected benefits, priorities, business capabilities, and system features

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT professional experience, at least 5 years of which in a Business
• Minimum education level: Level 6 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
• Minimum English language proficiency: C1
• At least 2 certifications among: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP); Certified UML
• Experience participating in at least one complete software solution lifecycle from requirements
• Knowledge of business process modelling using BPMN notation
