📋 Description
- Operate, inspect, maintain, repair, and modify critical cooling and refrigeration systems in data
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor adjustments on HVAC and mechanical systems
- Diagnose mechanical failures and perform corrective repairs to restore cooling
- Support mechanical upgrades and approved infrastructure changes
- Monitor equipment condition and environmental trends to identify risks
- Provide technical oversight during vendor maintenance activities
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical systems experience in critical environments
- HVAC/refrigeration certifications or equivalent trade qualifications
- Knowledge of chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, pumps, valves, cooling towers, compressors
- Experience with preventive maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with refrigerant handling, safety standards, and lockout/tagout
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and documentation
