- Shape the technical direction for enterprise agentic AI capabilities.
- Define architecture, standards, and innovation roadmap for responsible adoption at scale.
- Lead an innovation-focused lab for rapid prototyping and validation of AI agent technologies.
- Establish frameworks for agent orchestration, memory, RAG, evaluation, observability, and APIs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, security, data, and business teams to scale concepts to
- Embed Responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in CS, AI, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years in enterprise software/platforms/AI architectures with leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, vector/graph databases
- Proven ability to establish enterprise reference architectures and reusable patterns with
- Hands-on experience with modern software engineering/AI delivery practices (CI/CD, testing
