📋 Description

• Shape the technical direction for enterprise agentic AI capabilities.
• Define architecture, standards, and innovation roadmap for responsible adoption at scale.
• Lead an innovation-focused lab for rapid prototyping and validation of AI agent technologies.
• Establish frameworks for agent orchestration, memory, RAG, evaluation, observability, and APIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, data, and business teams to scale concepts to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in CS, AI, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven ability to establish enterprise reference architectures and reusable patterns with
