- Analyze healthcare quality data to identify trends and improvements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Translate results into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Provide guidance on SQL, SAS, DAX, data visualization, and data sources.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on data solutions.
- Lead analytical initiatives and support data architecture improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in MIS/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in data analysis or analytical programming.
- 3+ years with HEDIS or similar healthcare quality metrics.
- 3–5 years programming with SQL and SAS.
- Proficiency in two of SQL, SAS, DAX; Power BI preferred.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
