Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Own technical design and delivery of enterprise implementations across the target region.
• Lead discovery, solution design, demos, and evaluations with commercial teams.
• Design solutions aligning with customer stacks, constraints, and data residency needs.
• Serve as trusted advisor for Arabic-speaking customers; communicate with engineers and stakeholders.
• Represent the org at meetings and events to build technical relationships.
• Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or professional Arabic fluency with excellent English.
• Based in the MENA region or elsewhere in EMEA with proper employment infra.
• At least 4 years of experience deploying enterprise tech solutions.
• Strong software engineering background in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Rust.
• Experience leading production deployments from design to cutover.
• Ability to scope complex initiatives and drive delivery.
