- Leverage Salesforce and Amazon platforms (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud; Knowledge
- Translate business requirements into scalable designs and configurations
- Drive continuous improvement on long-term engagements
- Lead requirements gathering and act as platform expert for Salesforce/Amazon
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience solving complex use cases
- Business process, consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform; knowledge of Amazon products a plus
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong written and oral communication
- Client-facing experience: PM/Ownership, Discovery & Design, delivering solution options
