📋 Description

• Own and prioritise the product backlog across AIME Campaign, AIME Co-Pilot and OEM products.
• Write clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement as product rep.
• Maintain the product roadmap with visibility on priorities and progress.
• Make day-to-day prioritisation decisions within the Senior PM guidance.
• Translate customer success, commercial and delivery needs into product requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Product Owner, PM or BA in SaaS.
• Backlog management with engineering teams for features.
• Strong user story, requirement and acceptance criteria writing.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews).
• Strong prioritisation and decision-making across customer, business and tech needs.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
