- Lead direction, planning, execution, and interpretation of early phase trials
- Guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical data
- Support product scientific strategy through data dissemination
🎯 Requirements
- MD/DO or non-US equivalent; oncology subspecialty desirable
- At least 3 years of clinical trial experience; 2+ in pharma
- Ability to run clinical programs with minimal supervision
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in thoracic malignancies and/or T-cell engagers preferred
