📋 Description
- Identify bidding opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
- Perform quantity takeoffs using PlanHub and estimating tools.
- Review drawings, specs, and project requirements to determine scope.
- Prepare accurate and competitive bids for full or partial scopes.
- Submit bids within required deadlines; handle RFIs and submittals.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of US construction estimating experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Strong understanding of US construction estimating practices.
- Experience with quantity takeoffs and bid preparation; PlanHub a strong plus.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and project documents; familiarity with commercial projects.
- Fluent English; strong initiative, organization, and ability to work independently.
