- Senior materials program leadership for drone manufacturing.
- Drive Clear-to-Build processes across drones and docks.
- Own material strategy to balance supply flexibility and cost.
- Collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and logistics.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
- 5 to 8 years in OEM/JDM/ODM hardware with CM experience.
- Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- On-site in Hayward, CA (3 days/week).
- FAA Part 107 certification encouraged/required for certain roles.
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary $136,000 - $213,000.
