- Customer service-focused role in a studio retail setting
- Greet customers and assist with check-ins or appointments using POS and systems
- Assist customers with piercing, jewelry selection, and aftercare guidance
- Promote Rowan products and upsell non-piercing jewelry and care kits
- Maintain studio cleanliness, inventory, and display organization
- Collaborate with Studio Manager and team to deliver a seamless customer experience
🎯 Requirements
- Weekend, night, and holiday availability
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Experience in retail or service industry a plus
- Comfort working in a busy environment and handling multiple tasks
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
