🎯 Requirements

• Technical leadership in storage and querying with Go experience.
• Experience with high-throughput or complex systems; Kubernetes comfort is a plus.
• Curiosity, experimentation, and focus on business outcomes.
• Mentorship and teamwork, strong ownership, and collaboration in a senior-heavy team.
• Deep debugging expertise across the stack and ability to drive measurable customer value.
