• Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, controls, materials, and manufacturing teams from
• Design for manufacturability and serviceability with a focus on reliability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in mechanical product development, with emphasis on soft goods, textiles, elastomers
• Strong CAD skills (NX or equivalent) for flexible/rigid assemblies and soft goods.
• Experience with textiles, coatings, elastomers, grip surfaces, and sensor integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, DFM, and supplier collaboration.
• Familiarity with testing, validation, reliability, and environmental considerations (IP ratings
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Materials, or related field.
