Senior Clinical Trial Manager

📋 Description

• Execute elements of clinical studies per quality standards (ICH/GCP, regulations, AbbVie policies).
• Support Study Project Manager; lead cross-functional study team updates and CTMS upkeep.
• Assist in developing study blueprint/protocol and documents (ICFs, eCRFs, IRT, CSR).
• Assist vendor selection, scope, and oversight per AbbVie processes.
• Generate study-related training for teams, sites, and vendors.
• Identify and resolve escalated study issues; participate in process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or OUS equivalent in nursing/science; RN licensure with ADN acceptable.
• At least 4 years pharma/clinical research experience; strong core/technical competencies.
• Strong communication skills; proficient with SOPs, ICH, regulations, ethics/compliance.
• Clinical study initiation through completion preferred.
• At least 3 years in clinical trial management.
• English fluency (C1); remote position based in Madrid.
