- Lead and facilitate safe operations on the production line.
- Deploy and manage the production team to meet schedule.
- Coordinate shift activities to ensure safe, compliant execution.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and document checks as needed.
- Strive for cycle time improvements and change-over efficiency.
- Develop direct reports with training and growth plans.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; science/engineering preferred.
- 2+ years manufacturing experience; supervisor experience preferred.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs.
- Aseptic experience desirable.
