📋 Description
- Lead architecture and ops of Everpure’s global AV tech ecosystem.
- Define room standards and follow-the-sun support across NA/Europe/Asia.
- Partner with Networking, Collaboration, InfoSec, and execs to ensure secure, scalable AV.
- Drive automation, monitoring, and multi-year refresh plans for AV infra.
- Support executive events and end-to-end AV delivery for new offices.
- Align AV strategy with business needs through stakeholder engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven leadership of distributed technical teams across regions.
- Deep enterprise AV architecture and AV-over-IP (Dante, NDI) expertise.
- Strong networking knowledge: VLANs, QoS, multicast.
- Experience integrating AV with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex.
- Proactive monitoring, incident mgmt, and automated support processes.
- Vendor governance and project delivery with strict SLAs.
