🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with ~5 years or Master’s with ~2 years in pharma or related field
- Hands-on HPLC–MS, assay development, and automation
- Experience with physicochemical profiling and developability concepts
- Familiarity with preclinical formulation and screening strategies
- Strong data analysis, scripting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environments
