📋 Description

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using HQIM; check for understanding.
• Plan/adapt units to build conceptual understanding; script questions, models, and exemplars.
• Use data to drive instruction; analyze daily work, interims, and state tests.
• Differentiate and scaffold with diverse strategies; provide accommodations for IEP/504.
• Structure purposeful practice with evidence, language, and grade-level thinking.
• Provide timely feedback tied to rubrics; maintain transparent grades.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Commitment to KNOS mission and beliefs
• Strong preference for 2+ years urban teaching experience
• State teaching credential preferred
